By Hästtorget (The Horse Square) in central Laholm, you´ll find the Teckningsmuseum in Laholm (The Drawing Museum of Laholm), the only existing museum in Scandinavia designated to the art of drawing. The target for the Museum is to high-light the artwork as an art and a forum for the new art movements in drawing. Here, you´ll find temporary exhibitions by Nordic and International artists as well as works from local collections. Public activities such as art tours, workshops, lectures and educational activities are offered. The Museum also offers books, post cards and gifts in the shop and integrated with the exhibition rooms, a cafe is located.

A visit to The museum of Drawing also includes an architectural experience. The Museum is located in the old Fire Station of Laholm which has a modern and exciting view facing the river Lagan. Also, in this building, you´ll find Laholms Keramikmuseum (pottery Museum) which is operated by the Laholm community.
